Floorless MMA cages are used in halls where there is already flooring, such as wrestling mat, tatami mats, budo mats or roll mats. The cells are made both octagonal and round. Such a cage is installed on top of the cover, square holes are cut in the cover in order to fasten the cage to the floor.
